Hi, I'm already in New Zealand but forgot to text ROAM to 150. is there any way

If you are on pay-monthly, you will now need to enable roaming manually by contacting CS. Either use another working phone to call +44 7953966150 or use Skype over a WiFi connection to call +44 800 0798586
Also the text message is ROAMING not ROAM, to 150
