This happens to me regularly, and is extremely annoying.
I visit Japan regularly and whenever I do I get locked out of EE - the reasons aren't always the same, but the result is.
This time my login was rejected because "your account has been compromised". I have managed to sort that out after several attempts.
Getting help in these circumstances is near impossible.
I couldn't use this forum, because it uses the same login.
Text help (to 150) doesn't seem to work from here.
I can't call because the phone charges from here are eye-watering.
What are my alternatives to contact EE for help ? Is there an online chat service I could use ?

@MartinGM , You can try, otherwise download Skype for free and use the free number @XRaySpeX has given you.
I also had to change my password before I could log-in the other day, you then get an email with a code you will need to enter to verify it is you.

@MartinGM , thank you for coming back and letting us know, glad you got it sorted, not sure why you got an error code. Enjoy Japan, never been there.
