Hi just a quick question I have been with EE for well over 18 years or so originally signed up when it was orange and I’ve been advised we can get free access to ee wifi but when I click it says I have to pay for this as I’m not a broadband user I spend well over 120.00 every month and not sure how i get access to free wifi don’t really want to be paying any more

As an EE mobile user but not a New EE BB user you can only get free access to WiFi Coverage Boost incl. WiFi on the London Underground
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Why can a EE BB user not get free WiFi? Did with BT.
