I am going to Lapland in 2 weeks time and the location I am going to is right on the border of Finland & Sweden where one town is split into 2 countries. Will my phone charge me twice by thinking I’m in 2 countries or will I just be charged £2.29 per day as the standard charge for Finland is.

@Lisa001 : You'll just be charged for the country you are connected to at the time but both countries are in the EU & so the charges are the same.
You may use your usual UK allowances in the EU with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more. If on contract & your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2.29 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU or alternatively you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £25 / month.
If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your account.

Hello @Lisa001.
Welcome to the community.
On your arrival you will be receive a welcome text if your roaming is enabled.
If you were to switch networks whilst in the town which is on the border you should also receive an additional welcome text to notify you.
