Esim no signal

I finally recieved my esim on Tuesday after waiting since end of November last year and the sim worked for 2 days now says no signal and I can't ring or text 150 to get through to ee I did try on another phone but because that was also ee but a different person's account I can't get through to anyone I've tried the website as well

Try a manual network search - does EE show as available?

If no, then the reason for no signal is lack of coverage (for whatever reason)

If yes - then there may be a SIM/account-specific issue. You can try 07953 966150 from any working phone, or +44 800 9566000 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
