Error code 0 Samsung S53

Hi,

I tried to msg a radio station and can't cos it comes up with error code 0? I restarted the Samsung phone and made sure that the Messages is setup to the 3 dots one, not the other 2 that are for some reason available? Can anyone explain how to sort it cos its very frustrating!

Hi. I have the same issue when I tried to msg a radio station?

I have the 3 dots msg setup though for some reason I have 3x msg apps.

Any ideas?

Can you try texting UNBAR to 150, does this work for you?

I have just done that but it says 

'Sorry we were unable to remove the third party bar for you, please contact customer services on 150'
