Emergency alerts didnt work properly?

We have 4 EE android mobile phones in the same property. All up to the required standard for mobile alerts.

One received the alert as planned, one had a notification icon to say something was received but made no sounds and had to be unlocked to see the alert. 2 had nothing. All in the same house, none in airplane mode, all active EE sims, all have signal, noone opted out.

What went wrong?

Neither of our android EE phones received any emergency message. Both have latest version of Android.

Chistery Thanks for the link, the site obviously has got bombarded as there is no access at the moment

I have 2 mobile devices and one is on Vodafone the other is my personal mobile phone on EE. My work issued phone received the alert my personal mobile didn't. What's going on.

As per the thousands of news reports on the same point, it us still under investigation why some devices on some networks didn't receive the message.
