Hi,
I recently took out a mobile phone contract with EE.....(its a joint contract, with my EE mobile router)....anyway, EE kindly sent me a SIM....i have just put this SIM into my new mobile phone (TT15O)....and it says "EE Insert SIM"....but i have inserted the SIM....and i have also turned OFF , then ON again, but still get the "EE Insert SIM" message.
Do you know how to fix?

Is the device unlocked.
Can you try the SIM in another device. (EE device or unlocked device)

If your phone is a dual-SIM model, try using each SIM slot in-turn.

Thanks, its a new phone, (TT150) i just bought it from Amazon, so i assume its not locked?
I put in the PIN that EE gave me and that worked, so i assume its not locked?
I can click round the features liek date and time etc, and i have a message from EE....doesnt say anything particular.....so i assume its not locked?
It has two SIM slots, so ill try the "SIM2" slot.
I have tried this SIM in my old "soap-bar" mobile phone, but it doesnt work in that...but thats because O2 wont unlock it...they say they will but they dont....so i have bought this new mobile soap-bar phone...its better anyway as it has a camera and video, even though its not a smart phone.
