EE in the last years

I used to have EE around 5 years ago and it was amazing quick service everywhere, now I can barely get any service in my own home. When I went to turkey I was told I could buy the roam pass to get home and realise that the roam pass doesn’t work in turkey to be charged over £30 and the cost of the roam pass. I went to Italy payed the £2.29 a day to not even have service anywhere I went and smaller phone companies such as ID, Tesco, e.g. you don’t even have to pay a roaming fee. Not to mention how dear the contracts are it’s a joke.

@Faithhill  Did make sure roaming was enabled on your account before you left the UK ?   Contracts cost more because devices cost more you are paying for that also.   MVNO networks do tend to be cheaper and have other offers to entice customers.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Faithhill

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Just to add, in regards to your signal at home, have you reported this on our EE Coverage & Network Status Checker

If you select 'check status' this will show you if we have any reported issues for the area and if not you can report this to our network team.

Leanne.

Indoor coverage issues are hard to avoid sooner or later, but EE offer WiFi-calling which enables full use of your phone without needing any mobile network service. Do you have WiFi at home?

Billing add-ons exist to reduce the cost of roaming in eligible countries, but they don't enable the roaming facility which allows your phone to connect to foreign networks.
