EE closed my account- cannot even call them

EE seems to have closed my account  (despite my still having enough credit) - and problem is I now have no service on phone so cannot call their helpline...what should I do?

Aaah, found advice elsewhere here to just reboot the phone - did that and all good now. duh.  (note to self - try simplest thing first)
