Iphone13 mini unable to send texts

This has been driving me mad for quite a few months. I am unable to send text messages. iMessages are fine, whatsapp fine but texts (green bubbles) just don’t send. 
can anyone help with this? Thank you in advance.

I would recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can send an update to your SIM card.
