EE WiFi-Auto not working on the underground

Hello,

I am a pay as you go customer. I top up my account £9 every month for renewing my iPhone 12 mini's mobile service. I followed the instruction about connecting WiFi on the underground from a EE help page but still not working. Could anyone please help?

I am as well a pay as you go customer using iPhone 15 pro, everything is up to date, but still unable to connect to the wifi. What can I do?

Have you topped up at least £5 in the last 30 days?

If yes, please give us a call on 150 so our technical care team can look into this further.
