Hi
VM ON is for activation of voicemail and VM OFF is for deactivating the same but what is -
Control diverts to your voicemail | VM DIVERT ON to turn it on VM DIVERT OFF to turn it off |
I want to turn off VM so should I do VM OFF or VM DIVERT OFF to 150 ?

Without specific guidance, I would presume this controls the conditional diverts.
Having voicemail active without conditional diverts would hamper its operation, though!

I’m looking for more details on this because not everyone is using this divert keyboard and most people use VM ON and OFF only.

@Rky You can use either as both ways control voicemail on or off. Then again you can also use VOICEMAIL DIVERT ON/OFF.
