Hi I have flown to Spain today and I am not able to receive data roaming can you help me please?

I want to turn this on, on my phone but it won’t let me?

Data roaming just means using mobile data whilst roaming, can you voice-call roam or text message roam? Does your phone show a connection to any Spanish networks?

In order to use your phone abroad, you need roaming activated to enable a connection to foreign networks. Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? The process differs, but it's not a phone setting you can change.

If PAYG - this is auto-enabled once your phone is used on EE's UK network first.

If pay-monthly - this needs enabling, usually by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. Did you do this?

My data isn’t work in Spain my settings hasn’t got the option of data roaming either 

also I have a data roaming on add on on my contract

Your billing add-ons are irrelevant, they're just to reduce the cost.

I am pay monthly but my settings won’t let me activate it and I have text 150 but they haven't helped I do need this roaming for work

You've still not answered whether you texted ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK, that's the only setting that matters - anything else is futile. If you are on pay-monthly and have travelled abroad without enabling roaming, your phone will not connect to any foreign networks and any phone function that uses a mobile-network-connection will fail.

Your only recourse now is to contact EE CS from another means - either another working phone, or +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype, and request roaming is activated.
