Data roaming

I’m abroad in Spain, I was told that I could use my data just as you would in the UK is this not allowed? I was with 02 and I asked them specifically if I can use my allowance abroad he said yes then now it’s £2.29 a day??

Thanks for coming here. 

If you have a plan with Inclusive Extras and select the Roam Abroad Pass, you won’t have to pay the £2.29 daily charge in the EU.

Does your plan have Inclusive Extras?
