I am currently in NZ and my Roaming Pass was working fine up till a few days ago (and my contract is till end June) but now EE have somehow removed it and calls and data now cost dear. I have spent hours on their website trying to find out where it has gone and how to retrieve it, but without any success. Their Live Chat bot option has gone too and you cannot even email them, phoning UK is only option ,which I am sure will cost money too so I dare not. If ithis Roaming Pass is not reinstated I suspect I will be changing provider when I get back to UK as I am NOT amused. I paid for this add-on and it has been taken off mid use while I am abroad.

@Hazellsoan : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
Which EE plan are you on & when did it start?
