I used to have included minutes and data from Australia but got a text from EE to say that had been removed? Checking my extras I now only have roaming in EU included. I'd like to add Row 1 so I can have Australia again but it doesn't give me the option to change, it says my EU roaming is active and there is no ability to change. I'm currently in Australia without roaming so can't call EE to sort this out without incurruring a cost to call. Also some of the add ons it says I've selected I didn't select and don't need, and wondering if I'm paying for them? And/or if I cancel them whether I can ever get them back? Help! Thanks!

Currently this can only be changed by EE Customer Services unfortunately due to when the change was implemented.
I am assuming it is an All Rounder or Full Works plan that you have, which was taken out before 29th August 2024?
If so, the Roam Abroad Pass Inclusive Extra was withdrawn and replaced with an EU Inclusive Extra and a ROW Roaming Pass Inclusive Extra.
The default option seemed to be the EU Inclusive Extra, likely because a higher percentage of UK Customers travel there more often. You can change it to the ROW Roaming Pass however.
The ROW Roaming Pass provides access to the countries within ROW Zone 1 as can be seen here, which is an expanded list over those previously available on the Roam Abroad Pass: ee.co.uk/roamingrefresh
As it was changed and withdrawn within the last 30 days, the option is currently unavailable within the App to swap so if you're abroad you would need to contact EE Customer Services so they can swap it over for you, so that you're not charged the daily or weekly rate for usage.

Hi @Zozarlotte
If you're quick you can use Skype over wifi and the number in my signature to call EE over wifi.
You must have an old tariff?
Thanks

When you say "without roaming", do you mean your phone is not working? It doesn't have a connection to any local networks, and you're consequently unable to use any network-based services?
Or do you just mean that you don't have a billing add-on covering the cost of roaming?
The two are very different scenarios. It would be extremely unusual for the roaming facility to be lost when you previously had it.

Thank you. Yes it’s an old tariff, had it for years. I can’t seem to use Skype- saying it’s unsupported and sending me to teams app which can’t make calls. Is it considered a land line number? If so I could call from a friend’s phone out here.

Hi, it’s connecting but I need to buy an add in to use roaming. But it used to be included. Seems I used to have EU and Row and they’ve taken off Row and I just have EU included. But I need Row, not EU.
