Hi,

I am going to Switzerland and Italy using EE services, will I be able to use my free data & minutes or its chargeable. Thanks

@Riz_says2022 : As it is part of EU, you may use your usual UK allowances there with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more. If on contract & your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU or alternatively you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £11.40 / month.

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.

@Riz_says2022 if you took this contract out after the 7th of July 2021 then you have to purchase the run five add-on which has been mentioned above oh you can pay the daily charge of £2 to be able to use your allowances. If you took your contract out before this date you do not have to purchase anything and you can use your allowances at no extra cost. But you still must enable roaming.
