I have had to move from BT mobile to EE as BT no longer provide a mobile service. It would appear that I am now in a contract of 24mths and the mthly charge is £10 reduced to £6 with a discount. My query is will this discount last for the duration of the 24mth contract?

Hello @podojan ,

If I then click on Bills it states I owe £6 to start off the account and underneath is monthly charges tab and this says
- mthly charges £6,
- Plan SIM 10GB £10 24m 5G T
- Discounts and Credits £4.00 discount
What do you reckon?!

@podojan , have you set up direct debit with EE? If so they EE will take the money when your billing date is due. I see it that you will get the discount every month, but if you are worried at all, then ring accounts and see what they have to say.

@podojan , you are welcome, glad we could help, EE can be busy, so I would have thought the best time to ring customer service is in the morning, if it is busy, but if they have your bank account details, I would have thought they would take the money automatically on your billing date.

They're actively trying to get people to move over toEE but weirdly they've not close BT Mobile to new customers and are still signing up users to 24 month contracts.
