Hi I made an insurance claim which I have been told was accepted! The replacement is the wrong phone. It's not been dispached yet so need to resolve this. I don't want a downgrade. Problem is my phone is damaged beyond use. I have no other way of contacting EE. The online chat doesnt seem to be working

@Newbaby06 , do you have insurance? How old is your phone and what is the problem with it?

@Newbaby06 if you have insurance on your device, then the paperwork that you received about your insurance will state how you can make a claim.
