@kevinqpr : Are you on contract or PAYG?
- On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
- On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Your first link doesn't offer any help. further, I do not have a credit card and am unable to get to a shop. I'm on a contract.
EE really need to look at their usability in apps/website, I work in IT and it is unfathomable!! Ludicrous.

Welcome to the EE Community, @NatheW 🙂
What happens when you try to amend your content lock settings at Parental and data controls (ee.co.uk)?

What is the full error message you see, @NatheW?
Is this when you try to log in or when trying to update your content settings?

When I follow the link you provided the message in full is:
This service isn’t working right now
We’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent.
