Contacting EE from abroad with a phone that won't work

Can anybody help with a way to contact EE from abroad? My phone appears to be blocked as nothing at all works now and i'm still away in Germany

I thought there may be an online chat option but that doesn't seem to be working

Hi @Marwood86,

You can speak with live chat by clicking 'Start Conversation' on this page or call EE on +447953 966 150 from any phone (charges may apply while abroad).

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK? If not then that is why your phone is not working - roaming will need enabling remotely by customer services. Also, check that 'Mobile Data Roaming' is enabled in your phone's settings.

Hi, i've managed to contact them from the hotel and they have solved this for me now. 

It would appear i also have a phone issue too which hasn't helped the situation but EE have been very helpful in solving this and putting me through to apple support to assist with the hardware issues

For the future if chat doesn't work you can call this freephone number through a calling app such as Skype: +44 800 079 8586
