Hi, I'm after a bit of advice and I'm sure I've missed something somewhere...
I have 2 mobile numbers on my account. One is used by me and one by my wife.
I've setup 2FA on my account.
When my wife tries to connect to EE-WiFi when out and about it asks her to login and then wants to send the passcode to my number as that's the contact number I've setup on 2FA. When I try to connect it just connects me with no passcode required.
How's can I resolve this so that my wife can connect using her phone without having a passcode sent to my number to then forward on to her?
Thanks for any help!

Hi @Nemmykins
Welcome to our community.
That sounds really inconvenient if you need to give her the code for access. Are these WiFi points available for access due to you having broadband with us or is this a service you've paid for separately?

Hi Lesley, we have BT Broadband. We recently switched from BT mobile to EE mobile but our broadband is still with BT
We didn't have a problem before using BT WiFi points. We could both connect fine.
