Calling 0345 numbers- Mine won't!

Evening everyone, 

Long story short, needed to call enterprise car club after I left my house keys in the car after ending the rental and they have a 24/7 helpdesk contactable by an 0345 number, all I got with my EE mobile was call failed but with the wife's Vodafone called them no problem, any ideas?

I've got unlimited calls etc so not an allowance issue and yes, I've paid my bill 🙂

Can you call other 03x numbers? How about other landline numbers?

Are you in the UK or abroad? For how long has this been a problem? Can you call other landline numbers? (01/02 prefixed)

Hi,

Problem solved. I have a data esim that I got for free when I bought a subscription to Nord VPN and it appears my phone was trying to use this to make calls! I've switched it off and using my EE sim everything works fine.
