Hi both, I'm in the same situation, in Italy as well.

I've tried manually selecting the roaming networks (Vodafone and 3ITA) but it says 'couldn't connect'. I've also tried restarting my phone/turning Romanina in and off, etc

Hi @Ninitegou,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Has your phone been working previously in Italy or has it not connected since you arrived?

James

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. It was working perfectly fine until a few days ago
and I've had no problems during previously trips to Italy.

Thanks,

Valentina

Have you been able to test your phone in more than one location @Ninitegou?

James

Yes I have, in many different places around my area.

Hi @Jon_K

Unfortunately, it does not work. It stopped all of a sudden - I am wondering if there is an issue with the provider in Italy as it would appear I am not the only one experiencing this problem. What is even more frustrating is that I am unable to contact EE in anyway as all calls and messaging functions are unavailable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

L

Did you try a manual network search @LuisaIT?

For iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic

For Android, go to Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
