Hi
My name is Peter and I’m the one that Robert looks after for and we are Twins and we both pay with two cards. This is because I get money fortnightly I pay a chunck off my bill. Robert looks after suppliers as part of support. I have had 16 appointments so far in Hospital this year being tested for cancers under the two week rule. I have Multiple sclerosis and epilepsy and it has changed to progressive a much worse stage
After all these appointments my Father passed with a serious incident with a new neighbour pretending to help Mum with CPR but Mum left the room to let the ambulance staff in and this new neighbour took pictures of my Dads body and posted them online but she has been charged with the incident.
I can’t cope seeing him going through poor EE service and you explained that 1000 or more note were attached. My friend is a customer service director for a leading company and suggested putting thing into category to make things easier to find like complaints upgrades etc. This is definitely something that shocked her that a large company make life tough for themselves and staff and would make call waiting times longer. I have asked Starling and Halifax to support me on this as and to be honest just to see if your company is telling the truth about putting it back on card with a 3-4
