I have had a complaint open for about 6 months, I used to get a call on it every few weeks to update me, I have heard nothing now for about 6 weeks. I have no idea how to chase it up, when I call 150 I cannot work out which option to pick. Anyone know another way to get to someone?

There is no account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 or just escalate your complain to the ombudsman.

I realise there is no anccount access here and that was not what I was asking. I was asking if there is any other way to contact anyone about it, on 150 I have no idea what option to pick as nothing is relevant.

150 from your EE mobile, press 1 to use the visual service, and one of our Guides will call you back.
Or 150 from your EE mobile and select option 2, then followed by option 1, option 1, option 1 @Colstalex

I have used the visual service before, but today when I called I wasn’t offered it.

I've just tried it myself personally there, and both options are being offered, so if you call again, all should be OK.
If the visual service isn't offered, then please follow the options above, and that will get you to where you need to be.
