Hi my son is in ibiza and paying for data but it's not working he's tried resetting phone turning on and off still not working

Welcome to the community,
Did your son remember to activate roaming on his account, or if the account is in your name, did you do so? This only applies to contract customers not pay as you go customers as those are automatically activated.
If roaming is active, has he tried to do a manual search rather than automatic search?
If he or you need to activate roaming, you can do this either by ringing customer service or if he has to do it himself, then by using something like Skype, he can do this for free:+448000798586.
