Cant text 150

Hello,

 

I am currently on contract and I am abroad in Switzerland. I would like to add the Roaming Abroad pass so I don’t get charged £2 a day but every time I try to text 150 it says that the message wont send.

@vreguera    Have you activated roaming from within your online account?  Is also call abroad and make premium rate calls enabled within your online account? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@vreguera : You should be able to buy the Roam Abroad Pass from the Add-ons section of your MyEE.
