Cant send messages to short code numbers

I am unable to send messages to any shortcode numbers including 150. I can not see any reason why in my settings. Any idea on what could be causing it?

So.. I have just tried all the short codes again - no luck to start. But I deleted them out of my phone - including previous messages and started again and they have sent! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have no idea what the difference is but it works lol.
