Activating a replacement SIM

I have exactly the same problem now. I’ve ordered new sim when I insert new sim obviously there is no service at all and how I supposed to receive a PIN number without signal? That is ridiculous. Big brain EE.

WiFi Pro Booster not getting a signal

I’m stumped with this. According to the EE app (manage, broadband) both my boosters show as ‘getting no signal’, if I click on them, they show as online (confirmed by the aqua light on the boosters) and that devices are connected to them and working....

How can I start an online chat with EE?

According to the forum there should be a "message us" button in the EE app under the help icon at the bottom but I don't have that option, I only have "Talk to us".I'm at work and am on the phone a lot so I can't make calls but I could have a webchat...
