Same issue for me. What is weird is that I can connect to Internet through 4g.

I have the same problem. My wife and I have just switched from BT to EE because they merged but now neither I or my wife can make or receive calls for the last couple of hours.

Same, whole family can’t. Any a few other I know who are on ee. But mobile data is working for us.

My phone has suddenlystopped allowing me to make outgoing calls, but I can receive them. I can't even call 150 for help.

Same here. Just come onto this forum to find out why, as I can't contact EE. Restarted phone multiple times, text 150 to VM OFF and then VM ON and I still can't phone voicemail or make or receive any calls at all. Did the software upgrade this morning........Hhhmmm

Having the same issue

Managed to dig out a landline phone and call them up - all other forms of communication such as WhatsApp and live chat are useless. The network is down but they haven't seen fit to announce anything on social media or update their network status. Very very poor customer service
