Cant outgoing calls

Any one face problem Outgoing call,

Took over 15 attempts to get through to 150. Wasn't even ringing out just cutting off. Struggling making calls and receiving calls. Calls cutting off when I eventually do get through. On Samsung phone...anyone else having problems

No no one on my ee account can make any calls at all

@Dave331    And other networks never ever have issues.  Oh wait I can think of times when all networks have had problems in the past.  And all networks have in the T&Cs that issues can and do arise and will be fixed as soon as possible.

I can't make or receiver any calls. It has been unusable and sporadic for two weeks now.

Hi,

I've had a sim only contact for just over 2 years (in my Galaxy S21), with no issues. 

This afternoon I've realised I can't ring out!! I can receive calls, and mobile data is all fine, but when I call anyone (mobile or landline), it tries, then cuts off.

The thing is, it seems I can only ring EE technical support for help - which I obviously can't!! 

Is there a way I can get support to ring or msg me?
