Just transfered from ee contract to ee pay as you go about 4 days ago and havnt been able to make or recieve calls since, all other function work. Have tried switching phone off/ on, flight mode off/ on and selecting network operator in setting.
Anyone have an ideas of anything else I can try. I have a Samsung a52s.
Thanks Matt

Hi Chris
I only have 1 or 2 bars signal but have been with ee for about 12 years and this is fairly typical amount of signal. I don't usually have issues making calls until switching to payg.
Apparently it says that it's unable to connect
Thanks Matt

Thanks for confirming @Mattb543.
Have you been able to try your SIM in another device? if the issue continues I would recommend a replacement SIM.
Katie 🙂
