Help please! I am abroad and everyone calling me gets a message saying my phone is switched off when it isn't. What can I do so I can receive my calls? I can make calls to the UK no problem.
Thanks

Have you tried restarting your phone or manually connecting to a different local network?
Do you have any unconditional "divert all incoming calls" set?
The wording of the message saying your phone is "switched off" is unusual, any EE-generated announcement tends to use the word "unavailable" making me think this is being announced by the local network your phone is currently connected to.
