Cant make calls or receive

I live in France and have a UK number with EE. Since i travelled to Sri Lanka and came home I am unable to receive calls or make them. I can text message etc

What happens when you try to make a call?

Are you currently in the UK or abroad?

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

Thank you for the reply. I am in France and on PAYG. I buy a pack every month and was working fine before left to visit Sri Lanka. When I try to call it just doesnt make a sound or anything just says calling and then not connects. I can even call 150

When was the last time your phone was used in the UK on the EE network?

Hi Katie, I visited the UK last week and my phone worked ok and I could make calls and then I got back to France on Monday and back to it not working again. Thank you for the reply.

I just wanted to check regarding the Stable Links policy. 

Have you tried manually selecting another network in France?

I've tried all 4 options that come up on network providers. I also did a factory reset today and still nothing changed
