my calls are not working and I can’t call ee for help. I don’t have access to another phone but I need to contact Ee

If you have something like Skype, you can ring customer service for free: 08000798586.

Just one thing, are you on pay as you go? Maybe explain why you cannot make calls, does your phone show any signal?

If on pay as you go, do you have credit to make calls?

Are you on contract and are your payments up to date?
