Hi @KE51
Welcome to the community.
If you're using an Apple Device, please make sure it's switched on within your phone settings. Tap Settings > Phone > Switch WiFi Calling ON.
If it still isn't working, please try resetting your network settings. Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

What happens when you try to use WiFi-calling?
Are you able to use the WiFic-connection for any other internet-based functions?

Thanks for responses
Ok, So I’ve reset the network settings and I still don’t have wificalling active. It’s switched on and connects happily to a bt hub and works well. But when I switch to VM hub 5 the Wi-Fi calling doesn’t seem to work. Internet access etc all working. Same locations, differing outcomes re Wi-Fi connection for phone calls. iPhone 12. I’ve also tried a iPhone 13 which appears to work without issue? Any ideas?

Thanks for trying this, @KE51.
Does the iPhone 13 work with the same SIM card that you're trying to use in the iPhone 12?

Hello, I’m having the exact same issue. I have moved internet to virgin media now and I no longer have access to wifi calling. Everything is still switched on but not working. I don’t have another sim to swap over so what should I do? Thanks!

Hi @Carlydug
Have you tried forgetting the WiFi network in the phone settings and connecting again?
What phone are you using?
