I was with Virgin ( EE) ALL WORKING FINE.
now Virgin moved to O2 so I decided to stay with EE and received new EE SIM.... BUT
now, like other users, I am unable to receive login codes via text from my bank
Not good, am unable to pay bills on this network... Any advice that will resolve this issue please

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they can help with this. Hopefully they can refresh your service and get those messages working.
