I’ve recently transferred to EE from another provider. My number has transferred and I’ve started to use the EE services. Unfortunately, I’m unable to use data because I keep getting a message pop up stating ‘could not activate mobile data’ have tried to call the support line and person I was speaking to hung up. Did try call back but the wait was ridiculous. Any help will be appreciated.

Did you get a new phone from us or are you using the one you had through another network? Is your mobile data enabled in your phone settings?
