Nice speed there, but your probably find Fast Speed Test is higher than normal, for Mobile or Mobile Routers I would always use SpeedTest.net by Ookla or nPerf.com or their Apps.
Choosing the right Severs to Test is also key, as they will differ on the Test Results, on nPerf you can select the Severs by Bandwidth so try out chose a Server with 10Gb or more Bandwidth, try and pick a Server thats between 10 to 30 miles from you (not too close but not too far). On Ookla I tend to use the Vodafone Servers, simply because Ive found their Servers to be the most consistent in known Server Speeds, so in my case, its Vodafone London or Bracknell for my Area.
