Signal and poor service

Swapped from vodafone after being assured of a good signal. Three different phones and numbers no signal in the house. Wifi calling on each phone is crap too even though everything worked fine with vodafone...not sure why. Biggest mistake switching. 

My EE homepage, pretty rubbish too. I kept my own numbers but it is still showing the original numbers issued by EE for each sim.  

Starting up... no end of problems, wrong sim info, never sent details through of what I was signing up for

All in all ... why was I stupid enough to believe what they told me??

No actual help from EE then? That's pathetic. I have no signal on 3 different phones after switching from vodafone

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing signal issues. Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area? What problems are you experiencing with WiFi Calling?

Your transferred numbers should update in My EE quite quickly. When did your number transfer complete?

What are the issues you have with WiFi calling? It's a stable service but only as good as your broadband connection & wireless signal.

There's a good chance you can get some help on here with some willing methodical approach.
