I am currently in Egypt and cannot get any signal to use roaming.
I have restarted my phone several times and have tried manually selecting a provider on my phone but it’s not working.
my we account does not allow me to ‘set roaming on’ as other posts have said and tells me to text 150, which I can’t do as I don’t have signal.
I really need this fixed asap and can’t call as I have no signal and I am not being given the option to start a web chat.
can someone please add to my account that I am in Egypt and can use me phone?

@Katoe4535 : You needed to text ROAMING to 150 before you left UK. Now all you can do is contact CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
