Cannot receive calls from U.K. while on holiday. But receive calls from other co

i am on holiday in Dubai, I can receive calls from Dubai numbers on my ee sim but calls from U.K. say unavailable.

pls help as need to be contactable from U.K. for work purposes

What is the exact wording of the message that UK callers to your UK number receive? Is this an audible message, or an onscreen one?
