Cannot receive calls at all

I have recently joined ee. Since having made the port from my previous network to my same mobile phone number. I have not been able to receive any phonecalls at all. Whenever someone calls me it is saying invalid number. Is anyone able to advise please? Thank you

Are you able to receive calls from "on-net" - other EE users? Or is only off-net callers affected? And are text messages similarly affected?

When did you port in - when exactly is "recently"?

I have the same issue can’t receive messages and calls but can send and call people with no problem I can only receive a call from a ee number anything else doesn’t come through I joined ee and ported my number 2 days ago I have tired all the setting tricks don’t work

Have you restarted your phone since the number port went through? Could you try turning it off, and then back on again please?

I have restarted my phone multiple times and have also reset the network doesn’t do anything
