I have moved abroad, my phone has stopped working. I cannot log into my account because it has an old email address which I don’t have access too. I can’t create another profile because the phone number is already linked to the old account. Spoke to a customer advisor before I left the UK (28 Sept) asked him to change the contract and change the email address, neither has been done. Now I’m stuck because I can’t ring or access my account. There doesn’t seem to be any live chat and if there was I probably would need to log in to access it. Does anyone know another way of contacting them, do they have an email? Very frustrating.

Download Skype and call over WiFi using the number in my signature.

If you've already created your MyEE but it's with an old email addy, you can still login to it using that old email addy. It doesn't need to be live.
Also you may Edit your login email addy to a new 1 under your Profile.
