Cannot call UK or receive calls from UK when in Turkey

I turned roaming and everything related on and have no spending cap. Still, cannot receive calls from UK when I am in Turkey. I cannot call UK numbers either. But strangely, I can make international calls. This is so weird. How to fix this?

Looking at the forums, it seems like this is one of the endless EE technical errors. I cannot call them from here. Is there any other solution?

Yes, the "Call Abroad & Premium Rate" setting does enable calls to/from UK while roaming. The description in MyEE is misleading & incomplete, It did solve your problem.
