Can't use my phone for calls, texts and calls and don't know why

Can't seem to find why my phone won't work. 

I've got my allowance but can't use it.

Could it be an unpaid phone payment

What is happening when you try to use the phone? Do you hear an error message or tone?

Is the phone showing it has signal?

Are there any network problems showing if you enter your post code on our network checker?
