In Ukrain I can't send and receive text.Can call. PAYG, used this SIM in UK.

@alyrasan  Have you restarted the device since you got there ?  You are putting 44 or +44 at the start of the number if you’re trying to text a UK number?   I assume you have credit on the account to pay for these texts ?

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
