Can't receive sms from Australia

Hi. I am not receiving sms messages from Australia. I need these for online banking.

I'm in the UK and I have global roaming turned on. Recently I changed my phone. Not sure if this is an EE problem or a new phone problem... Can anyone help please (I can't get thro to EE on the phone!)?

I have been trying to get thro to EE on the phone but no luck so far - been on hold for ages. Will try again!
